I won a Yum Yum Candle Giveaway awhile back on one2try and today I got my package:)) Yeah.....It made my day!
I originally won a Peachy Cream Mega Bath Bomb and a Bottle of Mango Colada room spray...Which by the way these items smell very good and the room spray comes in a little tie sack, very handy!! ..with my winnings I also got a little sticky note saying that since it was delayed getting to me that they gave me an extra item :) Wasn't that so nice of them....I got a yum yum candle/flavored Pineapple Punch and it smells just like the name....

Ok This was my latest Shopping Trip to Rite Aid, I actually just got my card in the mail and thought i would give it a shot at saving on a few things...I am glad I did:)
Rite Aid has the Old Spice Body Wash on sale for $2.99 and you get +2 up rewards back on next purchase....I had coupons for B1G1 FREE....so~I bought one for 2.99 and got one free plus I got two +2up rewards back which makes that $4.00 in up rewards and I only paid $2.99 for both Body Washes:)) That is a good deal!!
I also saw another deal while in there on the BIC Flex 4 Razors~ They were $4.99 and if you bought 2 you got +2 up rewards on next purchase..I had coupons for $3.00 off one...I used 2/$3 coupons which made them $1.99 each and I got $2+ rewards back...

COUPONING!! I have never really used coupons, well maybe one here or there but nothing to out of the ordinary...but, One day while I was Blog Hopping in the BLogosphere I came across Cuckoo for Coupon Deals and lots of other couponing blogs...Man is there lots out there and some great ones at that!! I want to save money for my family!!! If anyone can do it, I know I can too:))

When you think couponing, Oh it sounds so easy!! Bahahahaha:0 Well for the ones already pros at it, maybe..But for me this is going to be something to get use too:)

Ok I bought the sunday paper, well i got 2 or 3 of them, mind I only bought 1 because I have family that recieve the sunday paper, which saved me a few dollars:0..Already saving.....wooohoooo!! lol

My desk is alittle cluttered to say the least, I got me a binder that I already had from school...reusing that instead of buying one:)) Now i just have to get what coupons i got put away in order or catagories so it will be easier to find while i'm shopping. I'm rather excited to get organized and get to the store to save some money!!

I'm telling you, there is so many different people out there with blogs and videos to help you along the way...Cuckoo for Coupon Deals has alot of neat/helpful things on her blog.....Head on over there and check her out!!!

It Hailed Big Balls

That is no joke!!! The other day it got really windy out, the temperature dropped, and we had tornado warnings out...maybe it was a watch ..Oh heck I can't remember:)) Anywhoo.....I heard big thumps here and there and then I was like OMG...It was hailing big huge ice balls!!!

It didn't get to bad out other than the hail really, but once it stopped the sky turned blue and it warmed up outside,

this weather is crazy...which makes me think of a sign I passed by the other day but didn't get to get a pic of it, cuz we was going to fast and had traffic behind us!! The sign said "Mother Nature Needs Prozac"!!!!!!:) I'm guessing they are talkin of all the mood swings she is having with all this crazy weather!!. What do you think?

I had my son run out after all the weather passed and grabbed some of the ice ball(hail) cuz I have never really seen them that big:)) I compared the size to a jelly bean.......

Well I thought i would share my pics with you and plus it gave me something to blog about, since my mind has been blank and my sinuses have taken over in my head:))

It is finally here.....
I am happy but would be even happier if the sun was shining, but instead we got cloudy skies and alittle bit of wind, which to me is cold:) I love spring time when the flowers bloom and the birds start to chirp and the sun shines alot more!! With Spring time here to me that means....Flip Flop Time:o Yup, You heard me right

I also love me some cute sunglasses during the spring and summer months, even though i don't actually wear them to block the sun from my eyes, but I wear them on top of my head:) Weird right, Yeah i know but I'm not the only one out there:0~ (Just Saying)lol

I have almost gotten everything out of our old house and into our new one:) Moving is something that takes time and kills my back...(just saying) My husband was off for a few days to help with the moving and what not, back he is back at work, cuz he has to make the money to pay for our new house:))

I haven't gotten alot of blogging done lately, but I have spent sometime on entering giveaways, which by the way I have won a few. With that being said, I started keeping track on my side bar with "My 2011 Winnings from Giveaways", I think i seen it somewhere else and thought that would be a great idea. I too am going to keep track on there wether I recieve the item or not, becuz i have won before, and to this day I have not recieved my prize, so!!

Lets talk the weather~ Im in Ohio and today was BEAUTIFUL.....Did I already say it was BEAUTIFUL outside:)) It was alittle windy but the sun was nice and warm, we took our grandaughter outside for a few, not too long cuz this is the kind of weather that gets you sick....going from warm to cold and then back again, ya know what i mean?

I have not done to many recipes but stumbling upon a great blog today I couldn't pass up the Blog Hop~

I have not yet tried this recipe but I plan on making it tomorrow~OR I should say tomorrow I am going to attempt to make this:)) for dinner. It looks delicious and i can't wait...

Ingredients:
2 cups chopped round red potato (2 medium)
1 cup coarsely chopped carrot (2 medium)
1/2 cup coarsely chopped onion (1 medium)
1/2 cup coarsely chopped celery (1 medium)
1 4-oz. can (drained weight) sliced mushrooms, drained
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 tsp. dried thyme, crushed
1/2 tsp. dried sage, crushed
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
2 Tbsp. quick-cooking tapioca, crushed
1 pound bone-in chicken thighs, skinned
1 cup chicken broth
1 cup frozen peas
1 3-oz. pkg. cream cheese, cut up
Cheesy Biscuits
Directions
1. In a 3-1/2- or 4-quart slow cooker, combine potato, carrot, onion, celery, mushrooms, garlic, thyme, sage, salt, and pepper. Sprinkle tapioca over the mixture. Top with chicken thighs. Pour broth over all.

2. Cover and cook on low-heat setting for 6 to 7 hours or on high-heat setting for 3 to 3-1/2 hours.

3. Remove chicken from slow cooker. When cool enough to handle, remove meat from bones and coarsely chop; discard bones. Return meat to slow cooker along with peas and cream cheese. Cover and cook for 10 minutes. Stir well; serve with Cheesy Biscuits. Makes 6 servings.

Cheesy Biscuits:Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. In a medium bowl, combine 1-2/3 cups packaged biscuit mix and 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese (2 ounces). Stir in 1/2 cup milk. Turn out onto a floured surface and knead 10 times. Pat into a 1/2-inch-thick circle. Cut with a floured 3-inch biscuit cutter. Reroll scraps as needed. Place biscuits on an ungreased baking sheet. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until golden brown.

I have been struggling with my weight for alittle while now and I have finally looked in the mirror and said "It's time to get into shape"....

I am overweight and I have high Cholesterol which isn't good either way...
I want to be healthy and look good..:)) Who doesn't right? Well I have come to the time I want all the above. I know i can do this but it's always nice to have someone give me that extra push, so I am going to check out a Fitness Place around where I live just for women....Lady Premier Fitness:)) I hope it goes well and I can get this going smoothly. I am going to start drinkin water, stop drinking soda~I love my Dr. Pepper....I am giving up the fast food, it's bad for my cholesterol and it takes away from my wallet..

With the weather breaking i will be able to get out and walk, i love to walk and i know it's good for me:) I am so ready for spring to be here for good...

I will check my weight once a week to keep on track of how I am doing, I hope that once I see the change it will drive me to do it more and have confidence that I can do this:)

Well I hope i haven't bored you with my thoughts:)) that i am going to put into action......I made me a ticker to keep on my blog to give myself a reminder when i sign in....

I thought that since my son had to go for one this morning that I wanted to learn alittle more and I thought i would share my learning experience with my followers~

What is an Echocardiogram: An echocardiogram is a test in which ultrasound is used to examine the heart. The equipment is far superior to that used by fishermen. In addition to providing single-dimension images, known as M-mode echo that allows accurate measurement of the heart chambers, the echocardiogram also offers far more sophisticated and advanced imaging. This is known as two- dimensional (2-D) Echo and is capable of displaying a cross-sectional "slice" of the beating heart, including the chambers, valves and the major blood vessels that exit from the left and right ventricle

An echocardiogram can be obtained in a physician's office or in the hospital. For a resting echocardiogram (in contrast to a stress echo or TEE, discussed elsewhere) no special preparation is necessary. Clothing from the upper body is removed and covered by a gown or sheet to keep you comfortable and maintain the privacy of females. The patient then lies on an examination table or a hospital bed. Sticky patches or electrodes are attached to the chest and shoulders and connected to electrodes or wires. These help to record the electrocardiogram (EKG or ECG) during the echocardiography test. The EKG helps in the timing of various cardiac events (filling and emptying of chambers). A colorless gel is then applied to the chest and the echo transducer is placed on top of it. The echo technologist then makes recordings from different parts of the chest to obtain several views of the heart. You may be asked to move form your back and to the side. Instructions may also be given for you to breathe slowly or to hold your breath. This helps in obtaining higher quality pictures. The images are constantly viewed on the monitor. It is also recorded on photographic paper and on videotape. The tape offers a permanent record of the examination and is reviewed by the physician prior to completion of the final report.

What is a Doppler Examination? Doppler is a special part of the ultrasound examination that assess blood flow (direction and velocity). In contrast, the M-mode and 2-D Echo evaluates the size, thickness and movement of heart structures (chambers, valves, etc.). During the Doppler examination, the ultrasound beams will evaluate the flow of blood as it makes it way though and out of the heart. This information is presented visually on the monitor (as color images or grayscale tracings and also as a series of audible signals with a swishing or pulsating sound)..

Size of the chambers of the heart, including the dimension or volume of the cavity and the thickness of the walls. The appearance of the walls may also help identify certain types of heart disease that predominantly involve the heart muscle. In patients with long standing hypertension or high blood pressure, the test can determine the thickness and "stiffness" of the LV walls. When the LV pump function is reduced in patients with heart failure, the LV and RV tends to dilate or enlarge. Echocardiography can measure the severity of this enlargement. Serial studies performed on an annual basis can gauge the response of treatment

Pumping function of the heart can be assessed by echocardiography. One can tell if the pumping power of the heart is normal or reduced to a mild or severe degree. This measure is known as an ejection fraction or EF. A normal EF is around 55 to 65%. Numbers below 45% usually represent some decrease in the pumping strength of the heart, while numbers below 30 to 35% are representative of an important decrease.

Valve Function: Echocardiography identifies the structure, thickness and movement of each heart valve. It can help determine if the valve is normal, scarred from an infection or rheumatic fever, thickened, calcified (loaded with calcium), torn, etc. It can also assess the function of prosthetic or artificial heart valves.
The additional use of Doppler helps to identify abnormal leakage across heart valves and determine their severity. Doppler is also very useful in diagnosing the presence and severity of valve stenosis (pronounced stee-no-sis) or narrowing. Remember, unlike echocardiography, Doppler follows the direction and velocity of blood flow rather than the movement of the valve leaflets or components. Thus, reversed blood direction is seen with leakages while increased forward velocity of flow with a characteristic pattern is noted with valve stenosis.
Echocardiography is used to diagnose mitral valve prolapse (MVP), while Doppler identifies whether it is associated with leakage or regurgitation of the mitral valve (MR). The presence of MR frequently prompts the use of antibiotics prior to any dental or non-sterile surgical procedure. Such action helps reduce the rare complication of valve infection.

Volume status: Low blood pressure can occur in the setting of poor heart function but may also be seen when patient's have a reduced volume of circulating blood (as seen with dehydration, blood loss, use of diuretics or "water pill.", etc.). In many cases, the diagnosis can be made on the basis of history, physical examination and blood tests. However, confusion may be caused when patients have a combination of problems. Echocardiography may help clarify the confusion. The inferior vena cava (the major vein that returns blood from the lower half of the body to the right atrium) is distended or increased in size in patients with heart failure and reduced in caliber when the blood volume is reduced.

Other Uses: Echocardiography is useful in the diagnosis of fluid in the pericardium (the sac that surrounds the heart). It also determines when the problem is severe and potentially life-threatening. Other diagnoses (plural for diagnosis) made by Doppler or echocardiography include congenital heart diseases, blood clots or tumors within the heart, active infection of the heart valves, abnormal elevation of pressure within the lungs, etc.

All that pretty much sums it up, The tech that did this test was nice and he explained everything, but by looking at the screen I was like so lost..It took like maybe 20 minutes and we were done:)

Well I reckon im done for now, I just thought i would share with you some info that I learned today:))

Valentines Day "Recap"

Valentines Day @ my house was a pretty good monday:)

Well the weekend waas my valentines day becuz~ My husband was home the weekend so me and him spent the weekend together with our grandaughter gabriella while the kids did there own things and I got my hair highlighted for valentines day:)) Thanks to my wonderful hubby....and we went to a few flea markets and bought a few things for our living room:)) (which by the way I still have not got hung up or put away)

Monday:

I decided to take my three kids, grandaughter and my mother out to eat for a nice steak dinner for valentines day:)) I know that was so nice of me, right? lol
I bought my kids a card and some candy to show I love them also:))
My grandaughter got a Cat PillowPet w/hearts all over it, those pillows are so soft, I actually sleep w/one:))lol

So that was my Valentines Day:)) I enjoyed it so much and I hope everyone of you all had a good one as well!!!!!

1. Real tree or Artificial? artificial for the past few years but we use to all get together.....(family) and go drink hot chocolate and cut our own....Boy do I miss that!!

There are 4 controls in all; on/off, rotation speed, vibration, and the rotation direction. It was an easy decision that the Squirmy was at least 4 Bees. It is easily adjustable, so the sound can be quieted.

I have to say that the beads and rotating head of the Luxe Squirmy exceeded my expectations. I think this is a product that has enough power to satisfy an advanced user, but is easy enough for a beginner. It will be a welcome and unique addition to my collection!!

I would recommend this great product for anyone, single or couples:)

This thanksgiving was wonderful, but the day after was horrible....We all gathered at my nephews house and was playing cards, had a few drinks, ordered pizza and went home....Well around 3 am I woke my hubby up and told him my stomach was killing me, and not long after that I was hugging the toilet:(( Once every hour after that.....Man i felt horrible. I woke up the next morning and made a call to my sister...her son was puking also, my other sister was sick as her older son...That evening I couldn't take it no more, my fever was 103, I couldn't keep anything down, not even 7-up, so i went to urgent care.....Mistake!!!! I was there for almost 4 hours, they didn't give me nothing for a fever, it actually got higher as i was there, they couldn't get an iv in me, cuz the nurse didn't know what she was doing....finally the doc got smart and said...you need to go to the er....So off I went!! I was there till like 6 am, but felt alittle better...They gave me fluids....lots of fluids and i rested the whole day, then my hubby started getting sick and running a fever....Man i couldn't get over how many people got sick at one time......The er dr. said it was a gastro intestional bug/virus...I think it ended up being like 9 people total that was sick...My mother and brother was sick but they just had headache, sore throat..more like a sinus cold or something......Hope next thanksgiving is better:)
Today I am feeling better, still trying to take it easy and be lazy alittle before i go at things full force and end up sick again......Im back to blogging and I am happy!!

Well, If you haven't noticed...I have been gone for sometime:( I sure have missed my followers and missed reading such great blogs. Alot has been going on beyond my control lately and really needed my attention so I had to take a break. I am sorry...But the good news is, I'm Back and I am going to take this holiday break time to catch up on my blogging and hopefully make some new bloggie friends:))

I'm really glad to be down with my quarter of college, oh how i thought that would never end...I am off till March:) Yeah I have decided to take a quarter off to catch up on life..

Here in Ohio we have not had any snow, but lots of thunderstorms and rain:(( Where is Old Man Winter? Hey I might just be jinxing myself there:) I'm wanting a white christmas, so time will tell..

My husband's nephew was hit by a car and is still in a coma after 2 1/2 weeks, hopefully everything turns out and he pulls thru, Prayers sure do change things, so extra ones are always welcome:) Thanks! He is only 16 and is strong willed....Please Pray!!

My brother and his family came to visit for Thanksgiving..It was nice to have the whole family together and getting to visit was wonderful:0 Bad thing is that like 8 of us got sick on friday after turkey day and I ended up in the er....My fever was 103...I was dehydrated and my sugar was high, oh my...I was a mess! Luckily they got me functioning again and tonight i sit in bed, still feeling alittle bad, but taking it one day at a time....

I have recieved a few things in the mail over the past month.
Excited to get to do a few reviews on some products...that will be posted on a later day:)) So be sure to come back and check them out....

I can't believe it's almost December!! Where has time gone? My grandbaby will be 11 months in december.....My mom turns 72 and Christmas is going to be a great one, I pray!! And no snow yet, really blows my mind....But hey i am not complaining!!

I have not been on here lately, Not really slacking just tending to a busy schedule.. This time of year and we have all been sick off and on, my husband had kidney stones, I have been extra busy with being behind with school work and we have a underground water leak in our front yard!! yeah alittle overwhelming but I am surviving. I was giving the opportunity to do a review on a Fogless Shower Mirror from Toilet Tree Products. My thought at first was there is no way this mirror is gonna be fogless after we shower in hot water for sometime...This is one of those products that I would have never thought to purchase for myself, but has turned out to be incredibly amazing.

This mirror has become one of my good friends:) I no longer have a big hairy mess in my bathroom sink from hubby shaving and then not cleaning his mess up. With this Fogless Mirror by ToiletTree Products he shaves while in the shower and there is no mess to clean up and he no longer has to keep whiping the mirror off to see what he is doing.

My thoughts were so wrong about this product.

All you do is fill the water reservoir with hot water at the start of the shower and it stays fog free from the steam for the duration of your shower. Yes, You read that right....FOG FREE:)

Basically, the fogless shower mirror can attach anywhere you want it in the shower. You use the adhesive which is provided with the mirror and attach it where you want it in the shower. After 24 hours, it’s dried and secure on your wall. To use the mirror, you remove it from its attachment on the wall, you fill it with water, and then you put it back on its attachment. You use the provided squeegie to wipe away the water droplets on the mirror. It has a shelf, which is a good place to store your razor. The mirror is adjustable so you can adjust it to your likings.

I too have used this mirror for a few different reasons other than shaving. I use it to pluck my eyebrows:) I can get such a good close up to them and I love it:)Yeah I know....I am different because I pluck in the shower..
I also used the mirror when I died my hair, I was able to see that I wasn't missing any spots while doing so.

At first No, but once I was able to see that the product is exactly what it says..FOGLESS MIRROR:) Yes I think i might buy one or two for christmas gifts.

~Bubble Bath~

That was me about an hour ago:)
I haven't took a bubble bath in like forever ago...I was getting ready to shower and thought I could use the relaxing of a tub with hot water and bubbles....So i hogged the bathroom for a good half hour or so......
I so needed a long, hot bubble bath!! After along week and then my weekend just carried on and being sunday, All i did today was run errands, cleaned, cooked and grocery shopped. I wanted to get other things done, but nope it never happens as planned.
I cooked steak, baked potato and green beans for dinner. Would have made cornbread but...I forgot eggs at the store...The one thing i went to the store for..lol Does that happen to lots of others or just me and my bad memory? :)
I also cooked "Killed Lettuce" for the first time..My mother~n~law always made that for my hubby and he misses it lots, so I thought i would give it a shot and try to make it, knowing that my cooking will never compare to his mothers but trying is good enough for me:) He was happy with it and it made me smile so I will make it more for him when he craves it..
For anyone not knowing what killed lettuce is....It's leaf lettuce, crumbled up bacon, green onions cut up with the bacon grease poured over top to wilt the lettuce or kill it, i guess.
I don't eat it so i can't tell ya what it taste like:)) sorry

I haven't been able to blog this weekend but I found a few minutes before bed to post and then tomorrow i will do some catching up, hopefully!!

DAY 2: FAVORITE MOVIE

Well I am not too much into the television except for on tuesday nights:)
But I can say that the movie "The Notebook" was one of the best movies I have yet watched. It was great and it made me cry.....yeah i am one of those suckers when it comes to a movie like that..

I still can't believe I turned 37 yesterday....That makes me 3 years away from 40....Now don't get me wrong, 40 isn't old it's just the thought of saying I am the big 40:( I surely don't feel like im 37.....nor do i think i look it either but who says they look there age:))~Yesterday was a good day.....The weather was nice, Hubby took me to lunch....none of my kids forgot me:)~ Awwww....lol I took me a nap....an old lady nap..lol no really..I was so tired yesterday that i just had to lay down. We had pizza for dinner so i wouldn't have to cook and that pretty much sums up my day....other than i studied all day for my exam that i have today..So wish me luck!!

Today @ the college I am attending is wear pink and support breast cancer awareness~ I got my shirt and my nails done pink:)) I lost an aunt to breast cancer and my husband also lost family to this....Help find a cure..every little thing helps and by supporting and coming together we might just beat this monster.
I hope to see alot of pink today, even on a comment I read on facebook from a guy I know said he would like to see more men get into the supporting of this awareness because he has lost family to breast cancer and would like to support..I think it's great.

Teen Mom~The Show

Ok every tuesday Me and My Teen Mom (daughter) watch this show faithfully:) It's our tv time together every week. I don't watch much t.v. but I get all into this show....But tonights show really got to me...Amber is a very abusive girl and I think someone needs to do something about it...How can they just video tape this and watch the domestic violence happen in this household? I just don't get it. I have to say I am glad to see Gary man up alittle and move out and take his daughter...becuz she is not in good hands with her mommy..

It had me tearing up tonight when Farrah took her daughter to meet her fathers sister and baby.....I feel for farrah, but that girl has a good head on her shoulders and I hope things work out for her...I am also glad to see her and her mother working things out because she needs her mom no matter what she might think or feel. Her daughter looks so much like her daddy.....

Caytlin and Tyler are so cute together....sad they didn't get to graduate, but they have plans to finish and go to college and that's good....There daughter looks so much like tyler

Maci finally was able to work things out with Ryan as far as visitation goes w/bentley...that is a good thing. Her moving away might have made them both realize that they have to be civil since they have a child together.....

She has grown so much and is getting so big. She has 2 bottom teethers, almost 2 top teethers:) She is saying mama, dada, bobo and just making any kind of noise she can make. She is such a happy baby! She wakes up smiling and she goes to sleep smiling.

She is such a joy to have around......A blessing, miracle and a gift she is:)
I sometimes still say " I can't believe that i am a Nana at my age" yeah I am only 36 and my daughter who is "Mommy" is only 15 now! Yeah I know......But things happen and My husband and I support her and the baby.. Daddy is around, he actually lives with us and is going to school...There education is really important to them both and need it to survive with a child at such an early age, ya know?

Excited about christmas coming up and her being all into the tree and presents.. Makes me remember back when mine were so little and santa was such a big deal....Well with them now, it's I just want MONEY mom!! lol Real easy to do for me:)

She is walking around in her walker, she loves her bouncy or exercauser thingy....

My daughter has done really well with becoming a mommy. I still tend to be mother hubbert but I have learned to back up and let her try or learn herself.....Just a habit I guess.

I just wanted to share a little update on my baby girl:)
I do have to say that Mommy and Daddy have done a really good job at becoming good parents....For the next 18 yrs is going to be a journey and I hope they are able to enjoy the little things in life and treasure them with there daughter!

I sure will update later on....when she is doing more and is talking and walking....Oh and getting into things:)) I can't wait!!lol

"Essentials for Life" Book Review

It has taken me alittle longer than usual to finish this book. In between moving and school and life, I got off track with reading books. But, I am on track and I am ready to read me some good books.

I was sent this book "Essentials for Life" by Marcia Ford for review. I love getting books in the mail:)

This book was a good and helpful read. "Basic Guide to What Matters Most" is about getting your life back on track and in order according to how the bible says too.

Some good tips and organizational skills to help you on your way.

The book discusses topics that the author considers to be essential for life in today's society. I have to say that this book does a great job at helping people remember where things that are important in a Christians life.

I enjoyed reading this book over time and was able to learn from it and pass a few tips on to others that I know could use the advice. I would recommend this book to alot of people that need to get organized and back on track.

I received this book from Thomas Nelson Publishers as part of their BookSneeze book review program. I was not required to write a positive review. The opinions I have expressed are my own.

I have been so busy with kids, husband, life and school and I have not had much time for reading...Which I miss becuz I like to read, especially a really good book. You know how you go into a store and the sales person tells you all the great things about a product and your like "I gotta get one of these":)Well that would be me!! So before my college quarter started I bought one. I just had to have one;)

I absolutely love it!

I really like the fact that I can download e~books to it and take it anywhere and there I have a book with me.....gives me something to do when ever I feel like reading!!

That was the main thing that caught my eye while deciding to buy it, becuz they said that my college bookstore now you can buy your books, e-books and it keeps me from having to carry those big heavy books around...well not this quarter but next I will know more of what i need to do....

So i just wanted to share with you my new TOY!!!

~Weekend Recap~

Monday is here and now it's time to wait for friday...Isn't it weird that we dread monday's and almost everyone can't wait till friday?

I woke up this morning in a not so good mood....had burger king for breakfast, which by the way I so didn't need becuz I am wanting to loose some weight...HELLO.....NOTE TO SELF!! WATCH WHAT YOU EAT AND STAY AWAY FROM FAST FOOD:)
I had class today for a few hours and my daughter and grandbaby came home from being gone all week.....I was so excited to see them both!

Wow....I could have used a few more days added to my weekend, I was not ready for it to end. It was such a relaxing weekend with my husband. I don't think we have ever had a weekend like this one in along time.:)

The kids were away at friends and family houses all weekend so it was just me and hubby:)~
Friday I had class all day long, which was super long for me....sitting in class for over 9 hrs was crazy! Came home and hubby was snoozing so I thought what better time to snuggle...so I creeped up under the covers and fell asleep with him for a few hours....
Saturday I had class in the morning but when I got home, hubby and I took a drive around just to get out of the house and we had some good long conversations....which we don't do or we never really have lots of time for anymore...So i was thankful for this time we had together..When we got home we took a nap together.....wow! a nap two days in a row.....I have beat my record of nap taking..lol
Sunday He had to go do a few things for his work then when he returned home, we took a ride to southern ohio and visited a few friends and hung out, then came home late and went to bed..
So that was pretty much my weekend....To most it might sound boring but to me, Oh it was so relaxing and quiet around here....and to top it off the weather was beautiful!

I think i am posting alittle late...

I have been blogging for almost a year now and I love blogging when I get a chance. I would love to be able to blog everyday but with family, school and life in general sometimes finding time doesn't work the way I would like for it too....

I love taking pictures of random things and people....I carry my camera everywhere I go usually because I never know what I might come across

First Day back and I gotta miss

Well today is the first day back to fall quarter at my college and I can't go...
Why you ask, Well my grandbaby was up all through the night with a cough, having trouble breathing,sneezing and she is teething.....oh and I forgot to mention she was SCREAMING for long periods of time also:)

My daughter is only 15 and there is no way that I can leave for school, be gone 9 hours and her be sick like she is, so I decided that i will stay home and take her to the dr. since that is the right thing to do right?

My son loves to play video games and he is always in the living room because he didn't have a chair in his room, so i thought this would be the perfect thing to get him. Me, I love it because now he messes his room up and my living room stays clean.

This X~ROCKER BEAN BAG CHAIR is very comfortable, light weight, easy to carry with a handle, comes with two side pockets that comes in handy for a controller or a bluetooth or anything to store in them, easy to clean and easy to set~up.

The size is just right and anyone of our family memebers can sit in it and we fit, the chair kinda shapes with you the longer you sit.

I would recommend this Bean Bag chair to a friend.
I actually am going to order a few more for his friends so they have comfy chairs as well while playing the game

The price was very reasonable and the shipping is free!

The only thing that I could say it could use would be more bean filling, other than that this chair will be used everyday and night.

My school colors were Navy Blue, White and Baby blue...
We were called the SKYHAWKS....I pretty much went to the same school system untill alittle after high school began then i moved and I don't remember those colors:))

This is a hard one....I would have to say------
That I am a very good mother:)) Those words are the most important to me:))

3. DO YOU BUY CHEAP OR EXPENSIVE TOILET PAPER?
Well this is a funny question....
I use to always buy the cheap toilet paper because it was cheap and i just couldn't see paying 3 bucks for 4 rolls to the 1 buck to 6 rolls:)) Well I have a different outlook on my toilet paper....LOL
Staying at my sisters house for a month, I helped buy the household things and she bought the expensive kind of toilet paper....so i thought i better stick with her kind since we was staying at her house in all:)) But, I got some good deals on the GOOD toilet paper so I am going to have to say......I BUY THE EXPENSIVE KIND OF TOILET PAPER:)

4. HAVE YOU EVER HAD A SURPRISE PARTY THROWN FOR YOU? OR HAVE YOU EVER HAD ONE FOR SOMEONE ELSE?
I remember back when i was 13 that my family threw a surprise party for me at my sisters...there wasn't alot of people there but it's a memory i won't forget:)) Thanks Family!!

~My Week N Review~

So as many of you have noticed I have not been on here lately, well for along time now.

I am slowly getting back into the hang of things and I'm going to try to start posting like I use too.

I guess giving an update will give me a start on my posting so here goes:

Well this past week has been pretty busy...My husband is a truck driver and is gone during the weekdays so getting him prepared with his clean clothes and groceries was the start of it.....I'm taking 4 online classes thru my college this quarter and that really keeps me busy all week long on and off......I try to keep my self organized but that never really happens:) My daughter is doing much better at becoming a mommy:)) Her and the baby are bonding more and I just love to watch that...My oldest son turns 18 this month:( I still can't believe it, He has not got his license yet, but does have his permit..so his license will be something that we are going to be getting next week.....I still can't soak in the fact that he is going to be 18 and driving.....with just one year of school left:( But the good thing is that he has turned out to be a bright young man that loves Basketball.!
My grandbaby got her first boo-boo this week, she rolled on a toy and it got her eye, she is ok but does have a little mark there.....I was like freaking out, and my daughter had to tell me it's ok:)) Mothers instinct i reckon! Well it's friday and my hubby is on his way home, we have to put all new tires and brakes on our car this weekend...
On top of all that we just got moved in to our new home, well it's not new but it's new to us.....I have been working on putting things where they go and catching up on laundry, which never seems to end:))
Well I hope that all my followers are still with me and I am sorry for disappearing but Hey I am alive and well.......So come back daily for more.....I am going to try my hardest to get back to posting daily.....I just love to BLOG:)!
